Install instructions
HOW TO USE:
Install the BlueWire app (APK) onto your Android device
Download the BlueWire server
Pair the devices
Open the BlueWire app on your Android device
Run BlueWire Server.exe on your PC
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices
Select your Android device in the server application
Click "connect"
You're good to go!
It is recommended that you turn off both Wi-Fi and location services on your Android device, as they can interfere with BlueWire's data transfer.

Ive installed every version of netcore from 3.1 (major red flag security wise, btw) all the way to netcore 8.

Well done on that, and the dialog correctly linking to the right download.
Once you get the latency down low enough to use in games/movie watching, you'll have yourself the best (and only) app in this niche.
Is there anyway to make the sound output only from the phone and not the PC speakers and phone speakers?
Hi! BlueWire itself does not have this option, but you can achieve the same effect by simply muting your PC.
